We did 2 trips one was to Auschwitz and the other to zakopane on both of these trips I couldn’t find a single fault, the drivers where approachable, friendly and always on time, the guide was incredible she made our Auschwitz trip with all the knowledge she had and answered all of our questions thoroughly, zakopane was beautiful and all the different places we visited before getting to the funicular where beautiful, 3 hours to explore zakopane was plenty and we even finished a little early and our driver came to get us straight away! I would highly recommend these trips to anyone visiting krakow it really made our holiday

Took the Dunajec river rafting and Zakopane tour. Everything was excellent. Our guide Janek arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. He took us to several places with magnificent views and food. A great trip!

We were 2 weeks away from our trip to Krakow and we hadn't booked a tour to the Auschwitz-Birkenau museum. English-speaking tours were running out fast and our family was worried. Within 48 hours of contacting the Krakowfy team, they were able to secure a tour group for us. From the start, Kamil provided exceptional service with updates and answered the many questions we had. He even provided a list of places to visit and eat in the town of Krakow. Janek, our tour driver, was friendly, provided a bit of history along our private transit, and helped organise the tickets and liase with our tour guide at the museum. His prompt organisation allowed us to be among the first to enter the museum for the day and ahead of the other larger groups. Anna, our tour guide, was very informative and patient with our group as we had a member who was in a wheelchair. It is definitely a worthy tour to understand the atrocities that took place. Special thanks to the entire Krakowfy team who made the day one we wouldn't forget!

We visited Auschwitz-Birkenau with Krakowfy and everything was exceptional. Communication beforehand made planning very easy, and on the day we had a very pleasant private transfer with Janek. Everything was well organised during the visit which helped as the museum entry is a bit chaotic. I highly recommend using Krakowfy for this trip as it saves any queueing, super early pickups, potentially cancelled tours etc which others have experienced. Well worth the money. Thank you!
