We had an excellent experience using krakowfy for a day trip to Zakapone. Janek was a fantastic guide and driver. We were so pleased with the service that we booked them for our 4am pick up to the airport. Obviously the pick up for that was critical due to the early morning. 100% on time and very professional. Would highly recommend their services and will use them again for any future visits.

We did 2 trips one was to Auschwitz and the other to zakopane on both of these trips I couldn’t find a single fault, the drivers where approachable, friendly and always on time, the guide was incredible she made our Auschwitz trip with all the knowledge she had and answered all of our questions thoroughly, zakopane was beautiful and all the different places we visited before getting to the funicular where beautiful, 3 hours to explore zakopane was plenty and we even finished a little early and our driver came to get us straight away! I would highly recommend these trips to anyone visiting krakow it really made our holiday

Took the Dunajec river rafting and Zakopane tour. Everything was excellent. Our guide Janek arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. He took us to several places with magnificent views and food. A great trip!
