Posted on Andrea Parker ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Zakopane day trip with Krawowfy We had a fantastic day trip from Kraków to Zakopane with Krawowfy. Everything was well organised and completely stress-free. Communication with Kamil from the very start was exceptional. Our driver Johnny was outstanding — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the journey enjoyable, kept everything running smoothly, and his local insights really added to the experience. Zakopane was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of time to explore, and the thermal baths were a real highlight. Our whole group loved the day and it was one of the best parts of our trip. I would highly recommend Krawowfy, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Johnny as your driver!Posted on Mandy Bowie Amazing service from Krakowfy. Private transfer and communication was very efficient. Would highly recommendPosted on Hannah Hannon Had the best time on private tour, it was all at our own pace & very informative. Would highly recommendPosted on Gabriella Seagrave We did the 2-in-1 tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau & The Salt Mine on 28th December 2025. I have to say how outstanding the communication with Kamil was (who booked & organised everything) before the trip, & how amazing our driver Bartosz (Bart) was. Personal service all the way. No queuing for tickets, or hanging around waiting anywhere. Thank you so much for sorting everything at such short notice Kamil & for reassuring me, & thank you to Bart for just being amazing on the day. I would highly recommend 😊Posted on Izzie Dayas Janek our driver was amazing, very informative on what was happening during the day. Also after took us to somewhere he likes to show visitors on our way back to our hotel. I would Recommend this company to anyone wanting a single tour in one day! Thank you so much have a great new year!Posted on Paula McKeag We are two very happy customers after taking the Zakopane tour with snowmobiles. Everything was perfectly organised—from the funicular ride up Gubałówka Mountain and the breathtaking views to the cheese tasting and visit to the wooden village of Chochołów. The snowmobiles in Tatra mountains were an absolute thrill and the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much, Janek, for making this experience truly unforgettable from beginning to end!Posted on Despina Argyridou Incredible experience! Our driver, Janek, was very kind, friendly and talkative with us, we had nice conversations with him about many different topics!! Later, our tour guide, Joanna, was also very explanatory and kind with us, she gave us a lot of information about the whole history of Auschwitz- Birkenau. It was a sad but unique experience!Posted on Wil Woodrow I was a little worried about booking a trip with a company I didn’t know in another country. However, the service I received from Krakowfy was excellent. Our driver, Bart, was punctual, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a first-class service, and I would have no hesitation using this company again.Posted on janet Royle Our private tour to Auschwitz was wonderful with Krakowfy. Our driver Kamil messaged the day before confirming our details. He was outside the hotel at 6am as booked, the car was comfortable and bottles of water provided. Kamil was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about Poland. The journey was very smooth and when we arrived we did not have to queue to enter but were taken straight through with our guide. Kamil was waiting for us after Auschwitz to take us to Birkenau and again waiting on us for our return journey. I would highly recommend booking with Krakowfy for a pleasant and stress free tour.Posted on Caroline Whelan Fantastic company we had a great day out picked up on time our driver was very knowledgeable we really enjoyed our tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau
